Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark

We’re sharing a super simple frozen treat recipe for summer today, Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark! What I love about this is how easy it is to make. My toddler can easily help me make it in the kitchen and if you don’t like the strawberry blueberry combo you can use whatever combination you like!

We tend to buy the big containers of yogurt instead of the smaller sizes. We can control the sugar and flavorings this way, also the budget. For this we used a plain yogurt and added in a little maple syrup.  You could do this with either greek yogurt or regular yogurt. We’ve done it with both!

Learn all about strawberries and blueberries on Know Your Produce! We can’t wait to start picking fresh berries soon, but for now we’re using frozen since we’re freezing anyway. Frozen fruits and vegetables have just as much, if not more nutrients than produce on the store shelves. It’s flash frozen at peak freshness.

We start off by spreading a generous amount of yogurt onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then you just pile on the toppings! We like to freeze anywhere from 6-8 hours. Once we break it up, we enjoy some and then freeze some for later. We store ours in a freezer safe bags or container.
