Heat griddle or large skillet. Mix together turkey, wheat germ, salt, pepper, and sauce. Shape into small burgers. Cook on griddle until no longer pink. Set aside covered.
Place asparagus tips in a separate preheated skillet, drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until heated and slightly tender. Place with the burger toppings on the serving bar.
Prep burger toppings. Slice the avocado, tomato and bell pepper. Place all ingredients within their own serving dish so the family may prepare their own special burger.
