We believe it’s important for kids to learn to enjoy family food. So our meal plans are intended for kids of all ages AND their parents! Meal plan portions generally feed a family size of 4-6.
Our first priority is creating recipes that focus on fruits, veggies, and other whole, unprocessed ingredients. This means that some recipes include potential allergens; however, we have a huge library of allergy-friendly and gluten-free recipes that you can easily swap in to customize your plan.
If you don’t want to cook all the meals in your plan, just drag-and-drop one or more recipes to remove them from your week. If you want to replace a recipe, drag a new recipe from your Prepear Cookbook into your meal plan.
