What ages are the meal plans intended for?

We believe it’s important for kids to learn to enjoy family food. So our meal plans are intended for kids of all ages AND their parents! Meal plan portions generally feed a family size of 4-6.

Do your meal plans work for families with allergies, or other special dietary requirements?

Our first priority is creating recipes that focus on fruits, veggies, and other whole, unprocessed ingredients. This means that some recipes include potential allergens; however, we have a huge library of allergy-friendly and gluten-free recipes that you can easily swap in to customize your plan.

What options do I have if I don’t want to cook all the meals in the plan?

If you don’t want to cook all the meals in your plan, just drag-and-drop one or more recipes to remove them from your week. If you want to replace a recipe, drag a new recipe from your Prepear Cookbook into your meal plan.
